Coldplay has just announced 2017 North American tour dates, including their first Canada show in five years, on their “Head Full Of Dreams” tour.
The tour will start Aug. 1 at MetLife Stadium in New York with a route around the US and Canada, finishing up on Oct. 8 in San Diego.
As of this writing, the closest shows to Atlanta will be Aug. 25 in Houston and Aug. 28 in Miami.
Coldplay’s front man Chris Martin played at the Global Citizens Festival (for which he is the curator for the next 15 years) in New York’s Central Park on September 24, and the whole band will be appearing at the Mumbai Global Citizens event on November 19. After that, their next tour leg will pick back up in New Zealand on Dec. 3.
Tickets for the 2017 North America tour are going on public sale on Oct. 15 at 10:00 AM local time (with a few exceptions). See http://coldplay.com/north-american-shows-announced for full details.
